Erik Daley, CFA

Erik Daley is the managing principal of Multnomah Group, an independent, fee-only, employee-owned retirement plan consulting firm headquartered in Portland, Oregon. With more than two decades of experience advising plan sponsors, Erik helps organizations navigate the full complexity of fiduciary responsibility from investment governance and plan design to provider oversight and operational risk management.

Erik works with a diverse range of clients, including public and governmental entities, corporate plan sponsors, and nonprofit and higher education institutions. His counsel centers on four core disciplines: fiduciary governance, investment advisory, plan operations, and provider oversight.

A recognized voice in the industry, Erik is a frequent speaker at local, regional, and national conferences, and his writing on fiduciary standards, ERISA compliance, and the evolving retirement services landscape has made him a trusted resource for plan sponsors seeking independent, unconflicted advice.

Erik holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Portland, the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), and the Portland Chapter of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference. He earned his B.B.A. from the University of Iowa.
