A Multnomah Group Event
The program will cover three primary categories of 403(b) plan related problems: document, compliance and governance issues. The most common problems in each category will be identified and corresponding solutions will be discussed. Headlining problems to be discussed include: failure to follow the terms of the plan document; late, missing or ineffective plan document amendments; lacking fiduciary governance infrastructure; missing policy statements; failed nondiscrimination tests; and late contribution remittances. Corresponding corrective actions under the EPCRS, VFC, or DFVC programs will be provided to address each top common problem identified.
