The Nuts and Bolts of Health Savings Accounts

A Multnomah Group Webinar

When: Tuesday, Feb. 20 and 10:00 a.m. Pacific

Healthcare costs are rising in retirement. Many employers are utilizing high-deductible health plans as an option for their employees. Health savings accounts (HSAs) have entered the marketplace to address these colliding factors, but employers are often unsure where to begin their oversight of this benefit while employees are underutilizing their HSA given the lack of understanding and education about these savings vehicles.

Join Multnomah Group on Tuesday, Feb. 20 at 10 a.m. Pacific, as senior consultant Bonnie Treichel and analyst Hailey McLaughlin lead plan sponsors through a webinar that addresses the nuts and bolts of HSAs.  At the conclusion of the webinar, participants will understand:

  • The basics of an HSA including who qualifies, the contribution limits, and how to save and spend with an HSA;
  • Common misconceptions about HSAs; and
  • Tips for selection and monitoring of an HSA provider.

The webinar will conclude with a question-and-answer session.
